I used Carmen Electrical to hang a chandelier over my dining table. Not only were they extremely responsive with great communication, but the service itself was top notch!Phil was lovely to deal and extremely patient and helpful while I was trying to decide best height to hang the chandelier at. He accommodated my requests to try different heights until we eventually got there.Couple of weeks after hanging the Chandelier, I had an electrical issue in my house and called Phil for advice. He was able to help me resolve the issue over the phone and did not need to come.Carmen Electrical's number is now saved in my phone and Phil is my go-to person for any Electrical work I might need in the future. The Company now known as Carmen Electrical has done much work for me in Commercial properties I own.This has included:- Power Board safety checks for the purpose of demonstrating to the insurance Company of the safety of the properties, related to Power Board integrity. This has sometimes included needing a fast response as the Insurance Company set tight deadlines;- Checking safety of electrical circuits and connections after tenant had vacated properties or had introduced new electrical equipment or installed cool rooms;- Liaised with electricity providers to bring power to certain areas which had not had power for a long time;- Coordinated and Worked with other suppliers, including electrical gate installers, to make a property secure.At all times, Phil and his staff have been wonderful to work with and very responsive to issues which arose in the process.This has occurred over many years and the service has always been of the highest quality.Thank you Phil.
