The Company now known as Carmen Electrical has done much work for me in Commercial properties I own.This has included:- Power Board safety checks for the purpose of demonstrating to the insurance Company of... the safety of the properties, related to Power Board integrity. This has sometimes included needing a fast response as the Insurance Company set tight deadlines;- Checking safety of electrical circuits and connections after tenant had vacated properties or had introduced new electrical equipment or installed cool rooms;- Liaised with electricity providers to bring power to certain areas which had not had power for a long time;- Coordinated and Worked with other suppliers, including electrical gate installers, to make a property secure.At all times, Phil and his staff have been wonderful to work with and very responsive to issues which arose in the process.This has occurred over many years and the service has always been of the highest quality.Thank you Phil.
