⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Exceptional Service & Professionalism – Highly Recommended!I had the pleasure of meeting Phil Redmond from Carmen Electricals quite by coincidence, and I’m incredibly glad I did. Phil was attending to a job on my street, and I approached him for some guidance. Despite being in the middle of another task, Phil responded with complete professionalism and respect, letting me know he would get back to me once he was done. And he did—punctual, polite, and focused.Phil took the time to understand what I needed and provided clear, expert advice. Although he mentioned he was short on time, his exceptional workmanship and attention to detail never faltered. What really impressed me was how he managed his schedule—he called his team to coordinate client expectations, allowing him to balance his time, work, and relationships seamlessly.I ended up asking Phil for two additional services on the spot, and without hesitation, he completed them efficiently and to a high standard. His confidence and speed were a clear reflection of years of hands-on experience.But the highlight for me? Phil didn’t charge a call-out fee simply because he was already in the area. Carmen Electrical were fantastic to deal with, and super quick to help. Electrician came same day, found the reason for a tripping safety switch, fixed it, and helped with a couple of other smaller jobs while he was here. Absolutely great service, and I'll be using them again.

I was recommended Carmen Electrical by my neighbour after a fence installer damaged the main power cable to my house resulting in significant damage. They came out the next day to assess & come up with a plan to restore power. Insurance was dragging their feet & they really came through scheduling a team to come who worked from 7am on short notice. Excavating the old conduit and installing new connection to the power meter all to 2025 code then ensuring safe to turn power back on. Once power was restored they returned to replace damaged lights, dimmers, switches, and power transformers.They are easy to deal with & produce a quality finish. I will definitely use them again, Highly recommended!

I had a very positive experience at Carmen Electrical this week. Both Phil and Sasha were very nice to deal with, professional, and reasonably priced as well. Although very busy, they worked to be able to fit me into Phil's tight schedule so that other trades would not be held up on my project. Sasha promptly returned all my calls and found out the answers to all my queries, both general and technical. On the job, Phil deftly dealt with everything, including wiring through double brick and pesky wood beams in the ceiling cavity. Afterwards, everything was left in a neat and tidy state. Excellent service all round, which exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again.

I used Carmen Electrical to hang a chandelier over my dining table. Not only were they extremely responsive with great communication, but the service itself was top notch!Phil was lovely to deal and extremely patient and helpful while I was trying to decide best height to hang the chandelier at. He accommodated my requests to try different heights until we eventually got there.Couple of weeks after hanging the Chandelier, I had an electrical issue in my house and called Phil for advice. The Company now known as Carmen Electrical has done much work for me in Commercial properties I own.This has included:- Power Board safety checks for the purpose of demonstrating to the insurance Company of the safety of the properties, related to Power Board integrity. This has sometimes included needing a fast response as the Insurance Company set tight deadlines;- Checking safety of electrical circuits and connections after tenant had vacated properties or had introduced new electrical equipment or installed cool rooms;- Liaised with electricity providers to bring power to certain areas which had not had power for a long time;- Coordinated and Worked with other suppliers, including electrical gate installers, to make a property secure.At all times, Phil and his staff have been wonderful to work with and very responsive to issues which arose in the process.This has occurred over many years and the service has always been of the highest quality.Thank you Phil.
